Terms and Conditions

Accommodation and Site – Check-In and Check-Out Times

Check-in time for accommodations starts at 2 pm & check-out time is at 10 am. Arrivals must adhere to the 2 pm check-in time unless alternate arrangements are made with our friendly reception team before arrival. Late checkouts beyond 10 am will incur additional charges. If your arrival time is after 5 pm, please get in touch with our reception to make necessary check-in arrangements. Reception operates from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm year-round.

Additional Charges

Any additional cleaning or expenses incurred by Bright Riverside Holiday Park due to guests’ failure to maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene, including rubbish removal, and cleaning of dishes, and cookware, will be charged accordingly. The amount charged per cabin is at the discretion of management. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Bedding and Towels

We provide bedding, bath towels, and all necessary linens, including sheets, blankets, pillows, and pillowcases for all beds in our accommodations.

Bunk Beds Safety

To ensure safety in compliance with Australian Standards AS/NZS 4220:2003, we prohibit children under the age of 9 from using the top bunk, and they must not play on the top bunk.

Cabins & Site Allocation

Site and villa allocations are determined on the day of arrival. We cannot guarantee proximity to friends or family members also staying in the caravan park. All requests are subject to availability and change. We recommend reviewing the Site Allocation Fee policy. We can reserve a specific cabin or site for a fee of $10.00 per night for cabins/villas and $5.00 per night for sites.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date will incur charges for the entire stay. Once checked in, there is a strict no-refund policy for any booking alterations. By making a reservation with Bright Riverside Holiday Park, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all our terms and conditions. A $100 cancellation fee applies to all canceled bookings.

Deposits and Payments

A 50% deposit is required when making a booking, with the full balance due 30 days before arrival (except for peak periods). It is essential to ensure sufficient funds are available on the debit/credit card provided during the initial booking. Failure to deduct the remaining balance may result in automatic reservation cancellation. For all peak periods, all fees must be paid in full 90 days before arrival, and online booking payment terms are displayed. Once a booking is paid in full, there are no refunds or credits for decreasing the number of nights or visitors.


Communal fire pits are available on the riverbanks for all park patrons. The park does not hire fire drums. If you wish to bring your fire drum with a tray to protect the grass, you may do so, but please ensure it is elevated off the ground and cleaned up after use. Fires are allowed unless total fire bans are in place or at the discretion of park management. Sites must be left clean and tidy, and wood can be purchased from reception daily before 4 p.m. Aluminium bins are provided throughout the park for disposal of coals before departure.

Length of stay requirement

A minimum stay requirement applies to all bookings to varying periods throughout the year.

Non-Smoking Park

We maintain a strict non-smoking policy within our park grounds.


While we love pets, please note that our park does not permit pets within any of our accommodations or on-site areas throughout the year. Violating this policy may lead to eviction, and a cleaning fee may be charged at our discretion if there are signs of a pet inside the accommodation.


Bright Riverside Holiday Park uses a dynamic pricing strategy where prices are not fixed but are flexible based on supply and demand.

Rescheduling Policy

Bookings made outside the 30-day period have the option to reschedule their dates. However, if your booking falls within the 30-day period, rescheduling is not possible. For bookings that have already been rescheduled once, the standard terms and conditions do not apply. If you choose to cancel or reschedule, you will forfeit the booking.


Random security patrols are conducted several times every 24 hours to ensure your safety. Please be aware that noise must cease by 10.00 p.m. and driving within the park grounds is restricted to a walking pace only. We prioritize the safety of our valued guests, staff, and visitors.

Third-Party Bookings

All third-party bookings must provide a bond or damage deposit of up to $500. This amount will be returned to the same account on the day of departure if the accommodation is left undamaged, without excessive cleaning required, and in a respectable condition. Failure to provide bond or damage deposit details before arrival may result in the withdrawal of the guest’s booking by Bright Riverside Holiday Park.Tourism.
